The admissions process is designed to assist residents and their families in accommodating and reviewing individual needs. Our staff is available during the entire process to answer questions and provide information concerning all the services available at Altenheim as well as services available within the surrounding community.

MISSION STATEMENT:

The mission of Altenheim is to achieve the optimal level of mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of individuals, families and community being served through the provision of high quality residential living, skilled nursing care, and specialized services offered in a family-like atmosphere.
